FAQs

Do I need to dry my flowers beforehand?

We preserve your flowers in a specific product / duration that dries them thoroughly whilst preserving the colours and details of the flowers.

In instances that you cannot get your flowers to us within 72 hours of your event, please use our step by step guide on drying them yourself to ship them at a later date.

Please DO NOT put your flowers in a fridge / freezer to help preserve them for shipment. This will ruin them.

Can you create something with flowers I already dried upside down?

Yes! There are variables that come into play however so feel free to send us a photo of your flowers and we will assess them and get back to you.

Are there any flowers you can’t dry?

Sadly, yes. We do not work with succulents.

How do I get my bouquet to you?

We will include a step by step guide on the best way to package your flowers when you order.

We need your bouquet to arrive at latest 72 hours after the day of your event.

Will my bouquet look the same?

Your bouquet will go through some changes during our process. We will dry the flowers out to prevent them rotting or going mouldy. This process makes the flowers look a bit different (darker colouring, some “aging”) but beautiful in their own way. They will then be put into resin. This process can alter the colour of the flowers, and bring out some bruising. We will do our best to colour correct any obvious blemishes prior to resin placement.

Some greenery may not make it through the drying process.

Please let us know should you NOT want us to alter the blemishing if you prefer an authentic look.

How do I look after my block?

Resin is very durable however it does need to be kept out of direct sunlight. Your resin will eventually take on a light amber like hue as it ages, which we think looks antique. This process can be slowed down by keeping your block out of direct sunlight.

We are not responsible for this inevitable aging process.
